1. The use of all copper 6-head casing (with 4 heads available on the market) increases the contact area between water and copper pipes, enabling rapid heat dissipation and uniform inlet and outlet water temperature to achieve optimal operating conditions. 4. By using Emerson thermal expansion valves (capillary tubes are commonly used on the market) and adding a storage tank, the pressure balance of the entire machine can be adjusted in a timely manner according to changes in working conditions, achieving high efficiency and stability.

5. The main electronic components of the internal unit are made of brand, ensuring stable operation under different working conditions and environments, which is the highest standard in the traditional air conditioning industry.

6. The circuit board is supplied by traditional central air conditioning circuit manufacturers (most of which are retrofitted with environmentally friendly air conditioning circuit boards) with more than 10 years of cooperation experience to ensure stability. At the same time, it has powerful functions such as payment function, Internet of Things function, timing/memory function, alarm and fault code, and a series of functions required by engineering companies.
The structural design of the external unit is relatively reasonable, with no water leakage, a large water curtain area, and an initial filter screen to reduce impurities to the casing, ensuring that heat dissipation is not affected;



                                                Applicable scope
The overall requirements are relatively enclosed spaces/partially open spaces (doors), suitable for use in areas with or without heat. Common locations include: electronic factory workshops, food factory workshops, clothing and garment workshops, unit/school canteens, hot pot restaurants, and restaurant lobbies. Relatively enclosed spaces of 3000 square meters or more and 150 square meters or more can be used.

                                     Advantages compared to traditional air conditioning
1. Traditional air conditioners are commonly divided into two cooling methods: air cooling and water cooling. For example, household air conditioners use air cooling (direct cooling from external fans), while central air conditioners use water cooling (water supply cooling from rooftop cooling towers). The comparison between the two cooling methods is clearly energy-saving, otherwise why not use air cooling for large central air conditioners?
2. The water-cooled evaporative air conditioning (energy-saving air conditioning) adopts the same cooling and heat dissipation principle as the central air conditioning, but the external unit uses a water curtain+fan, which has a much greater heat dissipation effect than traditional cooling towers (made of heat sink plastic material). Therefore, the efficiency of water-cooled evaporative air conditioning is also much higher than that of traditional air conditioning.
3. A water-cooled evaporative air conditioner with a 5P drum compressor can achieve external environment (temperature, humidity) cooling of 150-200 or 800m3 space in South China, with a temperature of 26-28 degrees Celsius. However, in North China and Northwest China, due to the superior external environment compared to South China, this parameter can be appropriately designed for 10-20%. The practice in Guangdong and Fujian has proven that the installation of an electricity meter can consume electricity between 4.8-5.2 degrees Celsius per hour.
4. The connection between the internal and external units of water-cooled evaporative air conditioners can be fully satisfied by using PVC/PVR water pipes, while traditional air conditioners are all connected by copper pipes, which has already saved construction costs.
5. The internal unit air volume of water-cooled evaporative air conditioning is greater than that of traditional air conditioning, and the air supply distance is greater than that of traditional air conditioning. The cooling speed of the entire space is faster than that of traditional air conditioning, and the human body feel will be better than traditional air conditioning.
