A: Gree is short writing of GREE Electric Appliances Inc of Zhuhai, which was Founded in 1994, listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November 1996, Global Top 500 enterprise and the best air conditioner producer in China. KB Motor is the motor production department of GREE.
Q3: Why use GREE.KB internal rotor PMSM? What's the difference with external rotor PMSM ?
Internal PMSM: More safety structure:
(1)NdFeB(neodymium iron boron) is inlaid ,structure is stable. (2) High Anti Grade, IP64 (3) installation has 5 force bearing point, makes the fan stable when there is external force interference.
External PMSM: Less safety structure:
(1) NdFeB(neodymium iron boron) is fixed by glue,easy to fall off. (2)Motor with heat dissipation holes, unable anti water and dust. (3) wirerope installed on the central pole, all bearing point only in the pole.

A: It depends on the order quantity. Delivery time will be within 7 days after receiving payment by TT.
Q7: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment≤5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
Q8: How long is the warranty?
A: 5 years warranty.
